Core idea
Dagobert is Hermes' own little web workbench. When Johannes asks for a daily overview, project dashboard, task plan, boat to-do list, or structured status page, Hermes can create or update HTML/data files here and send a short link instead of flooding chat.
Suggested pattern: chat stays for decisions and quick notes; Dagobert holds canvases, dashboards, checklists, archives, and shareable summaries.

How Hermes should use this
- When a task or overview would be too long for chat, create/update a page under the relevant Dagobert folder.
- Use short Telegram replies with the link plus the one or two key takeaways.
- Keep durable facts in Hermes memory; keep detailed task state and dashboards as files here.
- Prefer simple static HTML and JSON so pages survive without a build system.
